Shipping Policy

Handling Time:

For the products in stock, our warehouse's normal handling time is 1-2 working day.

For the orders confirmed and paid before 11:00 AM (AEST), the shipment will be arranged on the same day, or the shipment will be arranged on the next day.

Ship Australia Wide:

We offer per order flat rate $99 local freight service to Australia nationwide. The shipping cost will be automatically added and it will be included in the total price at the checkout.

If you are from remote areas or the countries' sides, after the order is reviewed and confirmed, one of our sales team will contact you if there is any extra freight cost that may occur.

Shipping Estimate Time of Arrival within Australia:

All the orders normally will be shipped using Australia Post and/or Courier/Freight company for the local delivery.

NSW(ACT): 2-3 Working days

SA: 2-3 Working days

TAS : 3-5 Working days

QLD: 3-6 Working days

WA: 5-8 Working days

NT: 6-9 Working days

Ship Overseas/International order:

International orders take at least 2 - 4 weeks for Air Mail delivery (on some occasions, international delivery can take up to 12 weeks).

International order please note that you’ll be responsible for any import duties, taxes or other import related costs for the destination country.
